Stefanus is a career psychologist. He has a strong interest in helping students achieve their dream careers by helping them understand their personality, vocational interests, and values. He believes in the importance of instilling self-awareness in students and helping them choose the best career path so they can contribute to society and the world using the strengths and resources that they have.
Before working in EduALL, Stefanus has 5+ years of working experience, with 3 years working in the education sector and 2,5 years working in corporate training. Throughout this experience, Stefanus has developed important skills such as psychological assessment, coaching and counseling, as well as facilitating and developing soft skill training. He gained experience in dealing with issues that students face in their school, such as learning difficulties as well as career planning.
In his free time, Stefanus enjoys going to the gym, cooking occasionally, listening to music, and reading articles related to social issues, parenting, and mental health
