NUS Scholarship
Scholarships are one of the most important elements to consider if you are trying to apply for top universities. Here are some scholarships that you should know if you want to enter NUS:
NUS Scholarship #1: ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (AUS)
The first National University of Singapore scholarship is the ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship, which is a full-tuition scholarship offered by this university for citizens or permanent residents from the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), excluding Singapore. Students from ASEAN countries such as Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam can sign up to apply for this scholarship.
For the ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (AUS), a separate scholarship application is not required. Furthermore, all eligible students applying for undergraduate admission to NUS will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
NUS Scholarship #2: Science & Technology (S&T) Undergraduate Scholarship
Another National University of Singapore scholarship is the Science & Technology (S&T) Undergraduate Scholarship, which is offered by NUS to outstanding Asian students (excluding Singapore).
For the Science & Technology (S&T) Undergraduate Scholarship, a separate scholarship application is not required. Also, all eligible and outstanding applicants of Asian nationalities will be automatically considered for the scholarship based on their applications. Moreover, shortlisted applicants will be notified via email of a scholarship interview by June, the year of admission.

NUS Application
The NUS application is a special process for aspiring students. This process requires you to put all of your attention and time into it . This is because there are a lot of things that you need to do and every detail needs to be perfect. Not only do you need to make sure that every requirement is fulfilled, but you also need to keep your progress on track with the application deadline.

After knowing the application deadline, the next step is to know the application process for international students. Furthermore, the application process is online, which means you can access your application anytime and anywhere. Let's take a further look at the NUS application process below:
Step 1: Online application submission
- Visit the application page and apply to the application group.
- Once your application has been received, you will be given an application number and receive an email with the subject line "Acknowledgement of Application to NUS Undergraduate Courses", after submitting it online.
- By the application deadline for your qualification, you would still be able to change your contact information, course preferences, accomplishments, and personal statement via the applicant portal.
Step 2: Paying the application fee
- Your application must be accompanied by a $20 non-refundable application fee. For a list of available payment options, click here.
Step 3: Electronic filing of the proof of purchase
- By the application deadline, you must upload a complete set of supporting documents via the applicant portal.
- Check the document status using the Applicant Portal 3 - 5 working days after electronic submission. If there is no update to your document status, you are required to re-upload your documents again.
- All non-English supporting documents must be accompanied by an English translation.
- Do not submit original certificates and documents as they will not be returned.
- Incomplete applications by the deadline may affect the processing of your application or its withdrawal from consideration for admission.

Education
To be eligible to apply for an NUS Master Degree, you need to at least hold a bachelor's degree. This is a MUST.
GMAT/GRE
You need to have a good GMAT/GRE score. No matter your level of job experience, full-time applicants must take the GMAT or GRE. The Executive Assessment (EA) may be taken in lieu of the GMAT or GRE by part-time applicants with at least seven years of work experience. Please be aware that Integrated Reasoning (IR) scores will also be considered if you are submitting your GMAT or EA scores. Score reports must remain valid for at least a month after being submitted.
Work Experience
A minimum of two years of full-time working experience–following graduation–is required for all applicants. Non-Singaporeans and Singaporean PR candidates applying for part-time programs must show proof of full-time employment or residency in Singapore that was in effect at the time of application.
TOEFL/IELTS
Score reports from the TOEFL or IELTS must be valid for at least a month after submission if English was not the primary language of instruction throughout undergraduate or graduate study.
- TOEFL: Minimum score of 100
- IELTS: Minimum score of 7.0
