As an Exploration & Profile Building Strategist, you'll be instrumental in guiding students to explore their interests, build profiles that showcase their potential, and position them in the best light possible for a successful university application abroad.

• Conduct individual sessions to understand each student's interests, academic and career aspirations
• Assess their skills and potential to tailor a personalized development plan
• Provide expert advice on academic planning, career paths, and profile building
• Offer advice on career paths and opportunities, help execute or chase the said opportunities
• Stay updated of admission trends, and requirements at top world universities
• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders

• Fluent in English
• Majoring in Finance/Engineering/Computer Science/Psychology/Law/Life Sciences
• Willing to work in hybrid setting in our office (Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta)
• Have a Bachelor's Degree degree from overseas university or top universities in Indonesia
• Have an overseas university admission experience (plus point)
