President Scholarship

If you're a high school student who has been accepted into a full-time, first-year degree program at Waterloo University, your exceptional academic performance will be rewarded with an entrance scholarship. This scholarship opportunity is available to students who are starting university or college for the first time in September and have achieved an impressive admission average of 85% or higher by early May.

The best part is that you don't need to go through a separate application process to be considered for these scholarships. As long as you accept your Offer of Admission by the specified date mentioned in your acceptance letter, you will remain eligible for these scholarships.

International Student Entrance Scholarships

If you're an international student who has been accepted into the first year of a full-time undergraduate degree program at Waterloo University, you have the opportunity to apply for the International Student Entrance Scholarships. These scholarships are valued at $10,000 each and are specifically available to international students like you.

To be eligible for these scholarships, you need to meet certain criteria. Firstly, you must have an outstanding academic performance with a minimum admission average of 90%. Additionally, you are required to submit an Admission Information Form as part of your application process.

For students applying to the Mathematics and Computer Science programs, the results of the Euclid Mathematics Contest and/or the Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest may be taken into consideration when awarding scholarships.

On the other hand, if you are applying for the Accounting and Financial Management program, the result of the Accounting and Financial Management Admissions Assignment will be used to determine the recipients of the scholarships.
