Anne serves as the Head of Mentorship program, responsible for strategic planning in the mentoring department, training mentors and involving in EduALL development strategy. She oversees all mentoring programs and provides leadership to the strategic planning process, implementing new programmatic strategic initiatives to improve the quality of the mentoring process.
She brings to the table a wealth of experience in the K-12 education system and school leadership, spanning over a decade. Her skill set comprises robust expertise in education and people development, complemented by an adaptive approach to change management, firmly rooted in data-driven insights acquired from her teaching, training, and academic administrative background. As a seasoned school leader, she has successfully led diverse teams with specialized knowledge, overseeing initiatives across Indonesia. Anne holds an MA in Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Assessment from the prestigious University College London - Institute of Education.
Anne finds great pleasure in hiking and embarking on culinary trips, but cooking holds a special therapeutic value for her. She ingeniously intertwines her love for learning and art by engaging in photography, and immersing herself in her favorite playlists and podcasts.
